A numpty is a stupid or ineffectual person, such as Donald Trump. That is one of the prize take-aways from the Scotland "nae!" vote on Brexit. The Donald is also a weasel-wearing tangerine cocksplat, most Scots agree.
Never has an entire soggy wasteland filled with skirt-wearing unintelligibles been so utterly adorable.
We need more Scotsmen here, and far fewer Trumpites. We'll gladly exchange them, but the problem is nobody will agree to relinquish their Scots for an equivalent number of Trumpukes.
No one is that crazy.
