BOZO IN SOUTH CAROLINA

According to recent news media reports, South Carolina has become just a little bit creepier than it previously was. Not that anyone would really notice. The entire state is filled with banjo music.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Deputies in South Carolina have increased patrols after getting new reports after children last week said someone dressed as a clown tried to lure (them) into the woods.

News outlets report that Greenville County sheriff’s deputies were called around 8:20 p.m. Monday to an apartment complex about 20 minutes from a development where people reporting seeing clowns last week.

Like most people, I associate South Carolina with clowns.

I'm sure children get eaten by clowns all the time.
