SUCH SWEET BOYS, IT'S A SHAME!

It isn't surprising to me in any way that the perps were from Mill Valley. The entire chain of events, and the details about them and their actions, are so typically Marin.

Finnegan Lee Elder and Gabriel Natale-Hjorth (2018 graduates of Tamalpais High) met up in Rome while on vacation in 2019 and tried to purchase drugs to further a night-time pub crawl. They got cheated by a dealer with powdered aspirin (!), then strong-armed him and demanded money and cocaine to return his back-pack. Two undercover cops showed up, and the pair of delinquents killed one of them, stabbing him eleven times.

Finnegan Lee Elder claimed in his defense that he was a paranoiac and habitually carried a deadly weapon for security. Per his lawyer, he had "psychiatric problems".

[In short, entitled kiddies snort coke and crawl pubs while abroad, end up committing murder. Not exactly untypical.]

They've been sentenced to life in prison.

I am not very sympathetic. I do not find it at all charming or engaging when European jugend come over here and party disgustingly -- savage young Euroswine getting drunk, doing drugs, and trying to score chicks are quite repulsive -- and when our boys go over there and do that it's equally abhorent, and tars all of us as possibly toxic trailerparkers.
Offensive, too. Drunken behaviours reflect badly.
Much to be avoided.

Tam High grads: maybe mental cases, maybe homicidal.
Drugged-out and privileged, also likely.
But hey, great team!

Phenytoin, carbamazepine and valproate/divalproex sodium.
