SOME PEOPLE ARE TOO STUPID TO LIVE

Brock Turner was caught raping a woman who was passed out. She was three times the legal limit, he was twice. Now, no matter how seriously twisted a fraternity boy you are, you will have to admit that her being unable to resist and completely insensate, while it may have given the son of a bitch opportunity, does NOT make it any less criminal and subhuman.

Yes, a woman being drunk does make rape more likely.
But the man that takes advantage is still a skunk.
Far more so than if both were sober.

Brock Turner's father wishes to assert that his son should not be punished because of twenty minutes that his poor boy barely even remembers.

Many crimes take far less time than that.

Murder takes mere seconds.


What Brock Turner did is absolutely inexcusable. Never the less, the judge (Aaron Pesky), Brock Turner himself, and his father Dan A. Turner, as well as frat boys all over Palo Alto, wish to excuse it.

Why, Brock Turner has been despondent, and off his pretzels since the (lenient) sentencing! And he has to register as a pervert!
It is SO unfair.


Leslie Rasmussen, one of Brock Turner's friends, wrote this:

"I don’t think it’s fair to base the fate of the next ten + years of his life on the decision of a girl who doesn’t remember anything but the amount she drank to press charges against him. I am not blaming her directly for this, because that isn’t right. But where do we draw the line and stop worrying about being politically correct every second of the day and see that rape on campuses isn’t always because people are rapists."


Leslie, you are an idiot. Understand this: when a woman is not consciously able to signal complete consent, for whatever reason, it is rape. No ifs, ands, or buts. Political correctness has nothing to do with it. If she is unable to consent at any time, regardless of whether she possibly flirted with the son of a bitch while still alert, it is rape. If she is unconscious behind a dumpster, it is rape. If you, Leslie dearest, are passed out from pills, roofies, or booze -- perhaps after a gig at a frathouse -- you should not be taken advantage of. Even you. An unconscious woman can not consent.

The proper thing to do when a woman with whom you feel inspired to have congress is passed out from too much alcohol or the roofies some fratboy slipped into her cocktail is to make sure she gets home safely, and once she's there put a blanket over her, a pillow under her head, and bucket near the couch.

Some goes for the altar boy, if you are a woman or a priest.

Frat boys, of course, you should simply avoid.

If found drunk, step around.

Or shoot.



PS.: I believe that the prescribed Biblical punishment for rape is castration with a baseball bat. It takes less than twenty minutes.
