Het zou iets te maken moeten hebben met de rechtspraak in tTsjecho-Slowakije in de jaren 1600-1750.

Judenbuch - googling the term seems to indicate this was a document written up by christian authorities that recorded transactions with Jews.
I have no idea what "weisse" has to do with it.
