I'm not sure why you feel so strongly about this. Admittedly, I can't read Dutch, and had to rely on the Google translation tools, but it seemed like the article was straight news about the US deciding to draw down their troops in Afghanistan on a faster schedule than first proposed. As far as the comments, a couple seemed reasonable, and it seemed there might have been a few that were wingnuttish anti-American, but nothing that was too out of line. Besides, you can goo to any random AP article on the Yahoo page and find American commenters who are just as wingnuttish and racist, and clueless. Surely you don't believe that the USA as a country or nation should disappear?
I still don't understand this thing you have about the Dutch.
It's the degree of venom and hatred in the comments, coupled with clear psychosis.
What in Dutch we call etterkotsen, azijn zeiken, haat zaaiende galspuwende verachtelijke klote opmerkingen.
