If you define 'Karen' as being specifically female, then it stands to reason that at work I rarely if ever meet any. Instead, I am sometimes exposed to Karens' husbands.
No wonder so many middle class people have drug habits.
There's something very mysogenistic about the internet's focus on and fascination with Karen, however. Karen is never alone. She has a husband who is equally unpleasant, and probably two nasty brats and a purebred dog. Who all get off easy. An entire support system, a social network, and a society which breeds them.
It's quite unfair to make fun of Karen if you are going to ignore her kinfolk and neighbors. She isn't an anomaly, she represents an entire culture and class of people.
This is why we need torches and pitchforks.
