There are horizontal lines visible in my peripheral vision. Which is not a worrying thing, the mind is reinterpreting visual data more strongly than is often the case. It did so last night on its own after I went to bed, and the night before. Quite entrancing.
Which, of course, is not the point when you're trying to sleep.
After using 'paint' on the computer for several hours, your eyes do strange things. Last smoke of the night, with glowing areas on the pavement outside from street lights, and strong tense curves instead of rectangles. Intense blood red from a pedestrian's flowing dress.
Dark areas, seemingly bottomless. It was good.
I've always liked the interpretations of pipe shapes that Comoy had. They often seem more well-thought out and elegantly proportioned than those of other manufacturers.
Subconsciously that affects how they smoke. One enjoys smoking a handsome pipe more than something that looks badly designed. Shapes have emotional impact, good lines speak to something within, something underneath the surface.
Taughtness.
