Very many of the rank and file Republicans, the traitors that voted for him and still support his insane and irresponsible behaviour, will be convinced of the truthiness of his speech. They know their way around torches and pitchforks, by gum. The anointed one has spoken!
Most people who sat through that twenty-eight minutes of unhinged conspiracy idiocy will, undoubtedly, have fought the urge to flush their eyes and ears down the toilet.

Anyhow, do not be surprised if the GOP quislings in the Senate organize committees, and a compromised partisan DOT launches a barrage of lawfare attacks before the 2026 elections.
