AMERICA'S CLOCKS

Yesterday, on the fourteenth of July, contingents from dozens of countries marched down the Champs Elysees. The United States, which should have been there, was not represented at all, because currently we are not a beacon of freedom or anything worthwhile. In the previous twenty four hours I've seen several videos of the parade. It was splendid. I've also seen ICE goons brutalizing people on my screen, protests outside of federal facilities, and appointed officials lying through their teeth, deflecting, and not answering questions.

Plus several statements from our morally bankrupt president.
And a few reprehensible spews from his acolytes.


Yesterday, in discussion, Ronald Wilson Reagan was mentioned, possibly the very worst president we've had till the 2016 election. An absolutely detestable piece of garbage who seems mild and avuncular in comparison even though he layed the groundwork for the ghastliness of the present. The Republican party has since then become such a rancid cesspool of self-aggrandizing greed-drenched putrid scum that our founding fathers are probably spinning in their graves, assisted wholeheartedly by evangelical rightwing Christians may they rot eternally. When you pass a church, spit.

In other news, it's finally beach weather here in California. Please remember that life vests are a conspiracy by Big Swim, and infect you with nano-chips that allow the illegal aliens to track you. You have rights as an American, and if you want to go into the water entirely unprepared, who is to stop you?
