TA'AVAH, CHEIFETZ, RATZON

There are three different terms in Biblical Hebrew that translate as desire.
Ta’avah (Yiddish: Teiva) is a physical urge, cheifetz is a striving towards an objective, and ratzon is an aim that will be satisfied when something is completed or achieved.
That last is particularly what is said to mark the Divine Will.
